* The fee quoted for high court enforcement is based on you requiring permission from both the county and high courts to transfer the matter and issue a writ of possession, along with two high court enforcement officers for the first hour at the property. If you require more officers, or the eviction takes longer than one hour, there will be additional fees to pay.
